Dr. Rajiv Rugwani
Dr. Rajiv Rugwani is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with extensive training in both medicine and surgery. While specializing in eye and vision care, he is also passionate about the fusion of science and aesthetics, helping patients look and feel their best through advanced medical treatments.
A graduate of the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, Dr. Rugwani completed his Internal Medicine internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas before specializing in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. His training took place at prestigious institutions, including Parkland Hospital, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, Zale Lipshy Hospital, and the Veterans Hospital of Dallas.
Driven by his commitment to patient care, Dr. Rugwani has expanded his expertise into aesthetics with the launch of All Glow Med Spa. By combining medical innovation with beauty, he offers personalized, science-backed treatments to help patients achieve confidence and radiant results.

Licensed Esthetician & Medical Assistant
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Tina Thonesavane brings not only a strong medical background as a certified Medical Assistant but also a true passion for skincare as a Licensed Aesthetician and a Laser Technician. With years of hands-on experience, Tina is skilled in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments—including laser hair removal, microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, and customized skincare solutions.
Tina’s warm, welcoming personality makes every visit feel like time with a trusted friend. She loves connecting with her clients, making sure they feel heard, cared for, and glowing with confidence. Her greatest joy comes from helping people feel their absolute best—inside and out.
Outside of the treatment room, Tina enjoys spending time with her fiancé and five amazing kids. Whether it’s BBQs, karaoke nights, card games, or baking something sweet in the kitchen, family is at the heart of everything she does.
